*Certified True Copy of Latest Report Card (with previous schooling)
*2 copies of 1x1 Latest colored ID Picture (white background, scanned photos are not allowed)
*Photocopy of Registered Birth Certificate
5. Medical Certificate stating that the child is "fit to go to school"
Additional Requirements for foreigners
*Original and Photocopy of Passport
*Translated and authenticated Birth Certificate & School Records
*Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) / Special Study Permit (SSP)
*Official Receipt of ACR payment for the current year
*Documents and Certification of acquired Dual Citizenship
